For the convenience of all guests, our team has established the following policies to assure our guests make the most of each visit at Visha Medi Spa & Wellness Center. Your appointment and satisfaction are important to us, so we ask that you please review these policies to get the best results from your spa experience.
Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. To ensure you book an appointment at the best time for you, we recommend calling 901-759-2322 as far in advance as possible or request an appointment online. Same-day appointments can usually be accommodated. A credit card will be required when making reservations.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space that is no longer available to others. To be respectful of your fellow guests and our staff, we request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa and wellness center services, unless you have made a same-day appointment. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the rate for each service missed. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 901-759-2322.
To make sure you have the best experience possible, we suggest each guest arrive at least five minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment to get the full benefit of your spa time. Guests arriving after their scheduled appointment time will not receive an extension of services and will be responsible for full-service fees. Please note that all treatments must end at the scheduled time to prevent the delay of the next patient’s services.
